4 Gup Blue Belt to 3 Gup Blue/Red Belt:
- Knowledge: Meaning of form Won-Kwang, the five elements of power, and the meaning of the Korean flag
- One steps: #34-37 | Three steps: #1-15
- Form: Won-Kwang
- Sparring: Free Sparring & Contact Sparring
- Self Defense: 1.1.1-1.4.8 (All same-side grab techniques)
- Board Breaking: None
- Minimum Classes/Time: 1 session
- Testing Fee for Blue/Red Belt: $75
